Delete Your Kymatiq Account

If you wish to permanently delete your Kymatiq account and wipe all personal workout telemetry history, please review the steps below.

⚠️ PERMANENT ACTION: Deleting your account will permanently erase your workout history, stroke force curve logs, AI coach analytics, and cloud subscription data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

Option 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)

Open the Kymatiq app on your phone or tablet and navigate to:

Profile > Account Settings > Delete Account

Option 2: Email Account Deletion Request

If you no longer have the app installed, send an email request from your registered email address:

Email Support to Delete Account

Requests sent via email are verified and processed within 7 business days.
